Instructions
- Pound the veal slices thin using a meat mallet.
- Prepare the breading station with seasoned flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the veal in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the breaded veal cutlets until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on a wire rack or paper towels.
- Serve with lemon slices.
