Instructions
- Season the veal cutlets with salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
- Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour and salt, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese.
- Coat each veal cutlet in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry the breaded veal cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
