Instructions
- Make the Asian Salad Dressing by sautéing minced garlic in olive oil to infuse flavor.
- In a large mixing bowl, place the shredded kale and drizzle with olive oil.
- Massage the olive oil into the kale for 2-3 minutes until soft.
- Add the remaining salad ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until combined.
