Instructions
- Remove the woody stems from the kale and slice the leaves into one-inch wide strips.
- Wash the kale leaves thoroughly in cool running water.
- Mince the garlic and sauté it in a large pot with cooking oil over medium heat for about one minute.
- Add the washed kale to the pot and stir until it is wilted and glossy, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the pot, stirring to coat the kale.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, then serve warm.
