Sautéed Kale

kale, trimmed and chopped into 1-inch strips

celtic sea salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add chopped onion.
- Sauté the onion for 15 minutes until caramelized.
- Add the chopped kale and sauté for 5 minutes uncovered.
- Cover the pan with a lid and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until the kale is wilted.
- Add celtic sea salt and serve.
