Sautéed Kale

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch kale, trimmed and chopped into 1-inch strips
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and add chopped onion.
  3. Sauté the onion for 15 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Add the chopped kale and sauté for 5 minutes uncovered.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until the kale is wilted.
  6. Add celtic sea salt and serve.
