The kale

  • 2 bunches kale

The seasoning

  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Slowly add the kale and toss it in the skillet.
  4. Cover the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until the kale wilts.
  5. Uncover and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes and serve.
