Sauteed Kale with Garlic

Instructions
- Wash the kale without drying it and slice it into 1-inch thick strips, discarding the thick stems.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
- Cook the garlic for about a minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the kale to the skillet and stir to combine, then cover and let it steam until the leaves turn bright green.
- Remove the lid and stir, adding a little water if necessary, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
