Instructions
- Chop the kale, removing the stems and cutting the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped kale, sea salt, and black pepper to the skillet, and sauté until the kale has wilted down.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the butter, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper flakes until the butter melts.
