Sauteed Kale

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add kale and chicken broth to the pan.
- Cook until the kale is tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
