Instructions
- Steam spinach leaves and coconut oil in the microwave for 15-20 seconds and let cool.
- Blend the apple, orange juice, mint leaves, lemon juice, and cooled spinach with coconut oil until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency with more juice or water, or add ice to thicken.
- Sweeten to taste with optional natural sweeteners.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
