Instructions
- Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters.
- Cut the rhubarb into 2-inch slices.
- Combine the strawberries, rhubarb, honey, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then gently simmer over medium-low heat until reduced and thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
