Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Process the raw sunflower seeds in a food processor until finely ground.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and stir until well mixed.
- Chop the dark chocolate and mix it into the dough, reserving some for topping.
- Scoop small mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and top with reserved chocolate.
- Bake for 10 to 11 minutes until soft and tender.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack for additional cooling.
