Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cashew butter, coconut sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add baking soda, spelt flour, and water to the mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate baking chunks.
- Using a cookie scoop, form 12 cookies and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy.
