Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cashew butter, brown sugar, and egg, mixing well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Roll the dough into 12 small balls and place them on the lined tray, pressing each ball to shape into cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the tray before serving.
