Creamy Cashew Butter Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are browned and the center is firm.
- Allow the cookies to cool for 2-3 minutes, then make indentations on top with a fork.
- Let the cookies cool completely before enjoying.
