Spicy Mexican Quinoa Wrap

The wraps

Instructions
- Blend the tofu, salsa, nutritional yeast, chipotle chili, and garlic until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the quinoa, corn, black beans, and cilantro, then add ¼ cup of the tofu mixture and toss.
- Place ¼ of the quinoa mixture, avocado, and tomato onto each tortilla and drizzle with additional sauce.
- Roll up the wraps and serve with extra sauce on the side.
- For warm wraps, heat oil in a skillet and cook until golden brown, or use a sandwich press.
