Chipotle Black Bean Wrap with Quinoa

whole wheat tortillas or brown rice tortillas
The chipotle sauce

tofu mayo or mayo of choice

almond milk

lime juice

chipotle
chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce

minced garlic

fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix quinoa and black beans in a medium bowl.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of chipotle sauce on it.
- Add the quinoa mixture on top of the tortilla, followed by onions, tomato, lettuce, and sprouts.
- Drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
- Roll the tortilla and cut in half to serve.
- For the sauce, blend all sauce ingredients until smooth.
