Chipotle Black Bean Burger

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa, refried black beans, bell pepper, onion, carrot, cilantro, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, and chipotle seasoning until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
- 3. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- 4. Scoop ½-cup portions of the mixture and form into 10 patties, about 3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Place on the baking sheet.
- 5. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes until crispy and firm.
- 6. Remove from the oven and serve as desired.
