Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan, cover to keep warm, and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning; bring to a gentle boil and simmer until reduced by half.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in parmesan cheese until thickened, and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Return the chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over it, and warm for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with basil ribbons before serving.
