Instructions
- Prep the garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
- Heat a pot over medium heat and add oil, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and ground chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix the chili seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is browned, add the chili seasoning and stir to combine.
- Add the canned tomatoes, pinto beans, black beans, and broth. Stir to mix.
- Bring the chili to a quick boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until ready to serve.
- Taste and add more salt if needed. Serve in bowls with optional toppings.
