Instructions
- Heat a pot on medium-high heat and add olive oil, onions, green peppers, and red peppers.
- Sauté the vegetables until soft, then add minced garlic and stir.
- Add ground chicken to the pot and break it down with a meat chopper.
- Season the chicken with chili spices and cook until fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add broth, beans, diced tomatoes and chilies, and tomato paste to the pot and stir.
- Adjust heat to medium-low, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
