Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 16 ounces whole grain or white pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

The toppings

  • ½ cup turkey gravy
  • 2 ounces Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey breast
  • 1 cup prepared stuffing
  • ½ cup fresh cranberry sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle and brush the crust with olive oil.
  3. Spread gravy evenly on the dough, leaving about ½ inch of crust uncovered.
  4. Top the gravy with shredded cheese, chopped turkey, and stuffing.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
  6. Whisk cranberry sauce with water until it can be drizzled.
  7. Drizzle the cranberry sauce on the pizza and garnish with fresh sage and thyme.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.
