Thanksgiving Leftovers Gravy Balls

leftover gravy and/or cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
- Combine chopped turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, eggs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
- Roll the mixture into about 16 medium-sized balls.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced 1-inch apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the balls are set and lightly browned.
- Serve with reheated gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping.
