Stuffed Turkey Bundles with Gravy

The gravy

Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base

Gravy Master seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Boil ½ cup of chicken broth in a small saucepan, stir in stuffing mix, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine ground turkey, egg, milk, onion, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide turkey mixture into 8 pieces, flatten into patties, and place stuffing in the center of 4 patties.
- Cover with remaining patties and seal the edges.
- Place bundles in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- While baking, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add remaining broth, whisk until smooth, then add bouillon and Gravy Master.
- Increase heat to medium and stir until gravy thickens.
- Serve each turkey bundle with ½ cup of gravy.
