Turkey Tenderloin with Easy Garlic Gravy

Quick & Easy Gravy

all-purpose flour

garlic, finely grated or pressed

beef broth, room temperature (can sub turkey or chicken broth)

Instructions
- Dry brine turkey by seasoning with salt and poultry seasoning, then refrigerate uncovered overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Sear the turkey tenderloins in a hot oven-proof skillet with oil for 5 minutes total to brown all sides.
- Roast the tenderloins in the oven for 10-13 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
- Let the tenderloins rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with gravy and your favorite sides.
- To make the gravy, melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, and whisk for 5 minutes to make a roux.
- Add garlic and stir for 1 minute, then add beef broth and salt, bringing to a boil and cooking until thickened.
