Ingredients

The turkey and oil

  • 1–2 pieces turkey tenderloins (between 0.50 to 1 pounds each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Coat the turkey tenderloins with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides of the turkey tenderloins with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the tenderloins in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 350°F for 25 minutes.
  5. After 25 minutes, turn the turkey over and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Transfer the cooked turkey to a cutting board, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
