Ingredients

The turkey

  • 1 pound turkey breast skin on

The seasoning

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 sprig rosemary

The fat

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180C/350F.
  2. Whisk the melted butter with the garlic and rosemary until combined.
  3. Rub half the butter mix all over the turkey, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with the remaining butter then rub the poultry seasoning all over.
  5. Place the turkey breast, skin side down, into the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the turkey for 17-20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160F.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
