Air Fryer Turkey Breast

Ingredients

The turkey

  • 1 5-lb Bone-in turkey breast

The seasoning

  • tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled and coarsely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels and rub olive oil all over it.
  3. Sprinkle the turkey with sea salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  4. Place the garlic pieces under the skin and on top of the turkey.
  5. Place the turkey breast in the air fryer, skin side down, and air fry for about 55-60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before removing.
  7. Let the turkey rest before carving.
