Air Fryer Turkey Breast

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the turkey dry with paper towels and rub olive oil all over it.
- Sprinkle the turkey with sea salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Place the garlic pieces under the skin and on top of the turkey.
- Place the turkey breast in the air fryer, skin side down, and air fry for about 55-60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before removing.
- Let the turkey rest before carving.
