Instructions
- If using a cooking bag, place the turkey breast in the bag and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes, checking for doneness.
- If not using a cooking bag, wrap the turkey breast in foil and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F.
- To make the orange glaze, combine orange marmalade, mustard, orange zest, orange juice, brown sugar, and rosemary in a saucepan and bring to a boil, cooking for 1 minute while stirring.
- Remove the turkey from the bag or foil, place it on a serving plate, and spoon the warm orange glaze over it.
- Garnish with orange slices and fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
