Juicy & Tender Air Fryer Turkey Breast

The seasoning

smoked paprika

onion powder

garlic powder

fresh ground black pepper
The butter
Instructions
- Combine salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture all over the turkey and refrigerate for several hours or ideally overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Brush the turkey with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Place the turkey skin-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes.
- Flip the turkey, brush with remaining butter, and cook for another 25 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Tent the turkey with foil and let it rest for 30 to 50 minutes before serving.
