Instructions
- Remove the turkey breast from any packaging and ensure it is fully thawed.
- Pat the turkey dry with a paper towel.
- Mix olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then brush the mixture over the turkey breast.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 2 minutes.
- Place the turkey in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and cook for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, flip the turkey breast and continue cooking for another 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove the turkey from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve the turkey.
