Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, and thyme until well combined.
- Using about 3 tablespoons of the mixture, roll into balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 14-16 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat a saucepan over medium heat and add cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, sriracha, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir occasionally until the mixture is bubbling, then cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
- Mash the softened berries and stir for another 2 minutes before turning off the heat.
- Add the cooked meatballs to a bowl and pour the cranberry sauce over them, mixing until coated.
- Transfer the meatballs to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with toothpicks.
