Meatballs

Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat and sauté onion and ginger until soft.
- Add cranberries, orange zest and juice, vinegars, brown sugar, honey, Dijon, Worcestershire, and salt; increase heat and simmer until cranberries burst.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 2-inch balls and place on the wire rack.
- Roast meatballs for 15-18 minutes until set.
- Toss meatballs with the BBQ sauce and serve immediately.
