The cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, parmesan cheese, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and parsley until mixed well.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, whisk together orange juice and honey in a saucepan over medium heat until honey dissolves.
- Add cranberries to the saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes until they start to pop.
- Reduce heat and add chili sauce, orange zest, and cayenne pepper, cooking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Mash cranberries for a jam-like consistency, adding water if a thinner sauce is desired.
- Remove the sauce from heat and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the baked meatballs with the cranberry sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve.
