Ingredients

The nachos

  • 1 bag Original Pretzel Crisps
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 whole avocado, pitted and sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 whole green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 whole limes, for garnish

Optional toppings

  • to taste beans (black, pinto, or refried)
  • to taste sour cream
  • to taste shredded lettuce
  • to taste salsa
  • to taste black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Pretzel Crisps, 2 cups of shredded cheese, and chopped tomatoes, and gently toss to combine.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, ensuring the ingredients are not laying flat, then sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with lime wedges.
