Keto Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 serving keto tortilla chips
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup cheese sauce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer the tortilla chips on the baking sheet, followed by the shredded cheese and half of the salsa.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  4. Remove from the oven and top with spoonfuls of guacamole and cheese sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the freshly chopped vegetables on top and drizzle with sour cream.
  6. Serve immediately.
