Brown Rice with Sweet Potatoes and Kale

Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- In a sauté pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and add onion, sweet potatoes, salt, and pepper; sauté for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
- Add water, cover, and cook until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the kale and cook until softened, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, add the cooked rice and spices, and toss until combined.
- Serve immediately.
