Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by placing it in a bowl and adding Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then toss to combine.
- For the Blackstone griddle, preheat it and oil it well, then cook the onions and peppers for about 8 minutes.
- Add the chicken to the griddle and cook for another 8 minutes until cooked through.
- Add cheese slices on top of the chicken and cover until melted.
- Remove chicken and vegetables, then toast the hoagie rolls on the griddle.
- Assemble the sandwiches with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
