20 Minute Chicken Cheesesteak Sloppy Joe Sliders

The cheese sauce

shredded provolone cheese

grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground chicken for about 5-6 minutes.
- Add sliced onion, mushrooms, and green pepper to the skillet and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the onions are tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and ketchup, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a bubble for about 2 minutes.
- In a separate small saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk in milk and mustard powder, bring to a bubble, and let thicken for about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese, parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper until melted.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a scoop of the chicken mixture on the bottom of each bun, topping with cheese sauce, and adding the top of the bun.
