The vegetables

  • 6 cups chopped vegetables of choice

The sauce

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce

The base

  • 4 cups cooked rice or quinoa or noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped vegetables in a pan over medium heat until they begin to soften.
  2. If using different types of vegetables, add the harder ones first and the quicker-cooking ones last.
  3. Add the teriyaki sauce to the cooked vegetables and stir until well mixed.
  4. Serve the stir fry over your choice of rice, quinoa, or noodles.
