Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry

The sauce

soy sauce

water

brown sugar

minced garlic

minced ginger

honey

toasted sesame oil

tablespoon + 1 teaspoon
cornstarch
Instructions
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a small pot and heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Increase the heat and bring the sauce to a boil.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water, then add to the sauce and boil until thickened.
- Set the sauce aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan and cook the vegetables until tender.
- Remove the vegetables and cook the shrimp in the same pan until pink and opaque.
- Return the vegetables to the pan and pour the sauce over everything.
- Cook until warmed through and serve with optional garnishes.
