Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, wheat germ, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and cranberries.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, pumpkin, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and add the chopped apples.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the pecans on top and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Slice into eight pieces and serve.
