Creamy Lobster Mac and Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add lobster and Old Bay seasoning, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter, whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add milk and heavy cream, then stir in half of the shredded cheese until melted.
- Season the cheese sauce with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta, cheese sauce, and lobster in a large pot.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and layer the pasta mixture with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-45 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
