The chicken

vegetable oil (or olive oil) for brushing grill grates
Instructions
- Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a bowl and reserve ¼ cup of the marinade.
- Place chicken in a bowl or resealable bag and pour the remaining marinade over it, tossing to coat.
- Refrigerate the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours, up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill over medium heat and brush the grates with oil.
- Grill the chicken, turning and basting with reserved marinade until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 15 minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with green onions.
