The Strawberry Filling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, flour, oats, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until just mixed and crumbly.
- Set aside 1 cup of the mixture for the crumble topping.
- Press the remaining mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a small bowl, mix the strawberries, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and flour until combined.
- Spread the strawberry mixture over the crust evenly.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture on top of the strawberry layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
- Allow the bars to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
