Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Prepare a 9×13-inch pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper, then pour in the batter.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and cool the cake completely.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and prepare the berries for decoration.
- Assemble the cake with blueberries and raspberries to create the flag design.
