Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl until there are no clumps.
- Add the eggs, melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely, preferably in the fridge.
- Frost the cooled cake with coconut whipped cream or your favorite frosting.
- Decorate with sliced strawberries and blueberries to create an American flag design.
- Serve chilled and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
