Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Blend the eggs, almond butter, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-low heat and add the butter or ghee.
- Once melted, pour the blended mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned on the bottom.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the top is firm, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cut into pieces, and serve with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
