Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Other Ingredients

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms, de-stemmed, rinsed, and dried
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together.
  2. Coat the mushrooms in the marinade and let them marinate for 1 hour, flipping halfway.
  3. Preheat the grill to 400ºF and clean the grill grates.
  4. Grill the mushrooms cap side down over indirect heat for 3 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the mushrooms from the grill and serve immediately.
