Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

portobello mushrooms, de-stemmed, rinsed, and dried

kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together.
- Coat the mushrooms in the marinade and let them marinate for 1 hour, flipping halfway.
- Preheat the grill to 400ºF and clean the grill grates.
- Grill the mushrooms cap side down over indirect heat for 3 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the mushrooms from the grill and serve immediately.
