Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the mushrooms onto skewers and brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until tender and browned.
- In a small bowl, combine butter and garlic, and microwave until melted.
- Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter over the grilled mushrooms and serve immediately.
